We supply two types of welding products: chemical welding and welding rod.
- Kemfog, chemfog, kemsvets eller kallsvets är en fogvätska som i kallt tillstånd ”smälter ihop” de PVC-ytor som skall sammanfogas och man får en praktiskt taget osynlig skarv.
- We offer three different qualities of cold welding intended for floors, walls or seals in wet areas.
- Som standard levererar vi till olika butikskedjor och golvföretag 24 respektive 20 tuber om 50 eller 100 ml.
Det ska vara enkelt att foga PVC-material. Lösningen är CeGe Green.
CeGe Green is free from highly volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which significantly enhances its health safety. The product eliminates the need for respiratory protection and possesses a comparable health classification to household dish soap.
CeGe Green is non-flammable and has no restrictions on transport and storage. There is no risk of gas ignition in the working enviroment.
An opened tube can be re-sealed for later use, with no nozzle that dries shut.
CeGe Green hardens slowly. This has proven to be an advantage as you can make final adjustments before the joint is completely sealed. Furthermore, you can easily wipe off any excess or spill immediately.
We recommend that you wait at least one day before subjecting the joint to pressure. The strength increases with time reaching full durability in one to four weeks, as the bond strengthens progressively providing a level of durability equivalent to hot welding.
Även om kallsvets främst används för heterogena och skummade golv har vi med CeGe Green också haft stor framgång vid fogning av homogena golv och den fungerar även på rör och profiler
CeGe Floor & Fix
Solution-based chemical joint for joining floors and walls that melts the PVC material at the same time as the solvent evaporates.
Welding rod
Rod welding is a method requiring a heat gun. We colour the rod according to the material to be joined. Manufactured on order only.
CeGe Seal
Solution-based chemical joint that attaches to PVC and seals in wet rooms, sockets, around bushings and screws.
NEW CeGe Green
Our new, environmentally friendly chemical joint for joining primarily PVC floors. Penetrates into the floor plastic instead of evaporating to the surroundings. It is not flammable and does not dry in the tube.
